Rebrand Timeline
PHASE I | July 15, 2013 – September 2, 2013
JULY 15
- Launch of Texas A&M Health Science Center’s new brand identity
- Reveal Marketing & Communications toolkit, which includes:
- Logos: TAMHSC’s for download and visuals of all college, institute and center logos
- Templates/Samples: Advertisements, banners, booklets, brochures, certificates, email signatures, envelopes, fact sheets, flyers, internal memos, invitations, labels, letterhead, post cards, posters, slide presentations, and social media
- FAQs: Important information concerning brand guidelines
JULY 15-31
- Colleges, institutes and centers can request their specific logo files from their respective communications representative
- If necessary, department-specific logos may be requested by submitting a Graphics Request Form
- Note: All requests will be evaluated by Marketing and Communications on a case-by-case basis
- Components will be responsible for replacing:
- Any logos appearing on departmental webpages (Note: All main website headers have been automatically transitioned)
- Electronic visual identity on email signatures, eNewsletters, social media, TV message boards, screen savers, etc.
- Visual identity on internal documents, fax sheets, memos, procedural documents, etc.
- Marketing and promotional materials once all current stock has been exhausted
AUGUST 15 – 30
- Anyone who did not participate in the stationery “starter kit” order can begin ordering directly through the TAMU online system
- Note: A live link will appear on the branding site when the system is available to the Health Science Center
SEPTEMBER 2
- All of the following items must be rebranded by the Phase I deadline of September 2:
- Visual identity on department webpages
- Electronic and hard copy stationery
- Electronic visual identity
- Internal document visual identity
PHASE II | September 2, 2013 – September 1, 2014
- Rebranding of the following items will begin at the conclusion of Phase I:
- All remaining visual identity (i.e., name plates, name tags, office wall plaques, etc.)
- Exterior facility and operational signage
- Faculty, student, and staff apparel
- Fleet decals
- Interior facility and operational signage
PHASE III | September 1, 2014 – July 1, 2015
- Phase III will include overflow from Phase II, and any miscellaneous elements that arise during the course of the rebrand, including:
- Exterior facility and operational signage
- Interior facility and operational signage
