Marc serves the Health Science Center as an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist and provides EHS support to both the Temple and Round Rock campuses. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography, Resource and Environmental Studies from Texas State University - San Marcos, and two Associates of Applied Science degrees in Environmental Compliance and Radiation Protection from Texas State Technical College - Waco. Marc came to the HSC from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality where he worked in the Radioactive Materials Division. Prior to working with the TCEQ, Marc was employed in EHS at Hays Energy - San Marcos.
Marc is certified in 24/40 hour HAZWOPER, OSHA General Industry, OSHA Construction Industry standards.
