Education and Qualifications
Dr. Hanks has over thirty years combined experience in construction, human resources, contracts, safety, research, and higher education business administration; including experience as a Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator on his own extra-mural research/survey projects in the areas of drug-alcohol abuse, workers’ compensation, bicycle safety, crime, and industrial distribution. He has co-authored published articles in economic journals, published book reviews, and co-authored a solutions manual to accompany a statistical methods textbook. Dr. Hanks received his bachelors, masters and doctorate from Texas A&M University.
