Bus transportation has been arranged from the SH 47 (Bryan) Campus, Reynolds and the SRPH complex.

Bus Transportation

Faculty Luncheon:
9:30am     TAMU buses will arrive at the TAMHSC Bryan Campus on SH 47 to transport faculty from the Bryan Campus to the Hilton.  Additional trips will be made until 10:15am for those attending the faculty luncheon.

9:45am     A TAMU bus will arrive at SRPH then travel to the Reynolds Medical Building (RMB) to transport those attending the faculty luncheon at the Hilton.  Additional trips will be made until 10:15am for those attending the faculty luncheon.

You are strongly encouraged to ride the buses as there will be another conference underway at the Hilton and parking will be very limited.

Convocation:
12:30pm    

• TAMU buses will arrive at the Hilton to begin transporting luncheon attendees from the Hilton to Rudder Auditorium.   Additional trips will be made until all have been transported to Rudder Auditorium.

• TAMU buses will arrive at the TAMHSC Bryan Campus on SH 47 to begin transporting faculty, staff and students to Rudder Auditorium.  Additional trips will be made until all have been transported to Rudder Auditorium.
• A TAMU bus will arrive at SRPH then travel to RMB to pick up faculty, staff and students to transport to Rudder Auditorium.  Additional trips will be made until all have been transported to Rudder Auditorium.

Students will need to gather in the Rudder Theater Complex on the second floor.   Your group picture will be taken at this time.

Faculty who are processing will need to gather on the second floor just outside of the Rudder Theater Complex.

You are strongly encouraged to ride the buses as there will be a large student conference underway at Rudder that day so parking in the University Center Parking Garage will also be limited.  Additionally, fees for parking at Rudder will not be reimbursed.

Following Convocation:
3:30pm    TAMU buses will provide transportation from Rudder Auditorium to the TAMHSC Bryan Campus, SRPH/RMB or the Hilton.  The buses will be marked as to their destination.  Additional trips will be made until all have been transported back to their original location.
