The Coastal Bend Health Education Center (CBHEC) offices are located on the serene island campus of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in the Carlos F. Truan Natural Resource Center.
CBHEC offers community outreach programs to 19 counties in the surrounding area. The center provides continuing education opportunities for health care professionals, support programs and recruitment for those interested in health-related professions, and aids residents with special needs related to diabetes and medication.
