  • Implementing the use of Sustainable / Renewable materials in construction
    • Use of organic nonvolatile chemicals for landscape and pest control
    • All fertilizers and pre-emergent applications are to be of organic material.  If organic option is not available or is less effective and not sustainable, approval must be obtained by TAMHSC, HSC Landscape maintenance specification 11/17/11
  • Use of low or no VOC emitting materials in new or remodel construction.
