Percy serves the Health Science Center as QA/QC Manager for Operations and Facilities. He has over two decades of experience in quality operations particularly in lean six-sigma and ISO 9001 systems. He has pursued his quality career in various industries including medical device and fiber optics and done some teaching.

He holds the following degrees; a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Zoology from the University of Sierra Leone in West Africa, a MBA degree from Anna Maria College in Massachusetts and a MSQA from Southern Polytechnic State University in Georgia
